| Bio: | I'm originally from Scotland, but have now spent more time in Australia than back there, though I still have some interests from the homeland. I'm a compulsive reader, especially SF, have degrees in physics, have part-owned (for a time) a bookstore and am attempting to learn scottish gaelic for fun. I am a volunteer at the local observatory for star-viewing tours. I am also addicted to proofreading at Distributed Proofreaders (nit-picky pedantic bibliophile? We want YOU! Or alternatively if you just want to preserve book contents before they vanish through attrition)
I would like also to thank the local Perth SF Fan community for providing me with the confidence and contacts to have a social life.
